Return & Exchange Policy

 

At GLITVA, we strive relentlessly to bring you the highest quality products. Our quality team ensures that every product shipped is carefully scanned for any issues. However, in the rare case you want to exchange your product, here is our exchange policy :

We do not have a Return Policy due to the Limited Quantities we produce. Hence, we do not provide any Refunds. However, you can Exchange the product that you ordered for any other Product.


Order cancellation will not be accepted after 3 hours of order placed and also it will not be refunded too. Otherwise, it will be refunded within 3-4 working days if any order cancelled within 3 hours of order placement. Also refund amount will be reflected within 3-4 days.

On COD orders, we charges Rs. 299/- upfront which will not be refunded as this charge is about to COD Fee as well as extra service and packaging charges.


You must raise the exchange request within 2 days of delivery on the GLITVA Customer care number given here +91 99099 66085 or drop us a mail at glitvajewel@gmail.com.

We will be happy to exchange the product for any other product of same or a higher value. A Shipping fee of 300/- will be charged to exchange any product and the payment for exchange is to be sent either Via Our Bank Account or Our UPI ID.

Please note the items can be exchanged only once.

Once your exchange request is approved, there are two ways :

1) You can either self-ship the item to us OR
2) We can arrange for reverse pickup.

Kindly note, due to logistical limitations, we are able to provide pickup services for our products for limited pincodes only, if we are unable to provide pickup for your pincode, you will be notified. In such a case, you will be requested to send us back the item at the address of GLITVA HQ.

When we receive back the item, our quality team will inspect it.

The exchange Products must be unused, and returned with original packaging.

If the Products are found to be already used, they will be sent back to the customer and the charge of this shipment will need to be paid by the customer.

In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery. GLITVA reserves the right to withdraw return / exchange on certain discount items.

Items marked for Clearance Sale are deeply discounted and can neither be exchanged nor returned.

Items purchased via use of coupon can neither be exchanged nor returned.
